The base of the lip is thick and has a serrated appearance. The umbilicus is broad and deep, forming a funnel-like structure with a central ridge. The shell has a conical shape, a relatively small size, a slightly flattened body, a spire that is moderately raised, and a distinct angular periphery on the body whorl.
