Description:
The shell is compact and robust, with a spire that is taller than it is wide. It has a conical shape, a pointed apex, and is adorned with spiral ridges marked by noticeable nodules, particularly below the sutures, while the ridges are smoother in the area around the umbilicus. The aperture is somewhat square, and the umbilicus is slender and deep, featuring a deposit of callous material on the columella. The outer lip appears somewhat straight. The external coloration is either white or grayish-white, with spots or bold lines in black or reddish hues.
