Shell medium, thick, solid. Spire high, acute with 5 large sculptured whorls, suture. Body whorl large with 2 rows of finger shaped tubercles and other rows gradually obscure. Aperture ovate, inner edge of the outer lip with 5 small denticles; inner lip smooth and polished; columella with 3-4 folds; distinct siphonal canal. Body surface light creamy to white; ornamented by dark brown spots. Aperture white, outer lip white; inner lip off white
