Description:
Shell moderately large, thin but solid, elongate-ovate with medium, high and elongate Spire; suture deep and channeled. Large body whorl with large, ovate aperture. Outer surface smooth and polished under the prominent velvety periostracum. Outer lip sharp and thin; inner lip smooth; narrowly opened umbilicus bounded by thick ridge. Columella is smooth with heavy callus and a single thick ridge is extended spirally inwards on the posterior side. Color: Outer surface white, decorated by orange-brown blotches, oblique streaks and spots, generally larger below suture. Aperture,outer lip and columella callus white. Size: Average shell length, average shell width, average aperture length, average aperture width is respectively 42mm, 30mm, 26 mm,14mm.
