Description:
Shell small and ovate. Spire medium; apex pointed; 4 whorls; suture shallow and distinct. Body whorl large with anterior spiral grooves. Aperture oval; dentate outer lip with backside varix; inner lip smooth, columella with fold; anterior siphonal canal distinct, broad. Colour: body surface creamy or pale brown with dark brown spots; aperture, lips and columella white (Dance, 1974).
