Description:
Shell moderate, heavy, thick, fusiform. Tall spire with sharp, pointed apex; 5-6 rounded whorls with strong tubercles, irregular spiral cords; impressed suture. Body whorl large, flat, shoulder with 2 spiral rows of nodules, Aperture long with denticles in the inner edge of the thin outer lip; columella with callus, 4 small folds anteriorly. Color: Exterior cream to yellowish with interrupted dark brown spiral bands; aperture, lips and columella white. Size: Average shell length, average shell width, average aperture length, average aperture width is respectively 67mm, 40mm, 42 mm, 12mm.
