Description:
The shell is small to medium in size, solid, and elongated-oval in shape. The lateral margins are produced and somewhat pitted. The extremities are broad, produced, and ridged, with a longitudinal slit. The aperture is mostly dilated in front but slightly curved posteriorly. The inner lip is bluntly produced. The teeth are large and strong, with the labial teeth being larger than the columellar teeth and extending across the base. The shell is pale cream with a large, medium brown blotch on each side. The dorsum is fawn to olive-brown and profusely freckled with numerous minute white specks. It is also sprinkled with brownish spots that are ocellated with greyish. The extremities are chestnut-brown.
