The shell is small, smooth, and oval-shaped. It is heavy and has rounded lateral margin. The ventral side is concave. The aperture is long and narrow, and the siphonal canal is well developed. The teeth extend about one-third of the way across the base. The shell has a pair of long, thread-like cephalic tentacles that bear eyes at their outer bases. The aperture is narrow, but dilated anteriorly and slightly curved posteriorly.The teeth are coarse and short. The dorsum is yellowish-green or blue-green, faintly banded. It is separated from the callus side by a narrow ring of bright yellowish-orange. The base and sides are cream and not spotted. The aperture is white.
