Description:
The shell is medium-sized, thick, and circular. The outer surface has weak growth lines and radial threads that form a fine network. The inner surface is smooth and polished. The cardinal and lateral teeth are obscure. The hinge plate is small and has a thick internal ligament. The color of the shell is orange to pinkish around the umbones and it becomes paler towards the margin.
