Description:
The color of the shell is olive brown, with a sharp pink tint posterior to the umbones. Shell is flattened and almost straight, tapering slightly at the posterior end. The posterior margin is subtruncate. Anterior margin is distinctly angled and sculpture of the shell is characterized by prominent growth lines.
The posterior adductor scar is relatively broad.
