Description:
From a small discoid base, globose tufts of brittle, cartilaginous, narrow, cylindrical, reddish brown to yellowish red fronds, measuring 150 mm in length. Simple axis, patent branches that are frequently opposing, spirally organized, and shorter toward the apex, resulting in an unevenly pyramidal appearance.
