Description:
Bushy and upright plant, held to the solid substrate by a tiny disc that resembles a holdfast. Along the major axis, determinate branches are organized in a spiral pattern. Every determinate branch has a large number of small branchlets with simple or compound spines. colored from reddish to greenish. 15 to 20 cm in height.
