Description:
The plants exhibit a color ranging from medium green to dark green and consist of loose filaments that are intertwined and often curved or coiled, growing on rocks or amid other algae. The cells have a diameter of 120-160 µm, and their length is almost the same as their width, appearing fairly uniform, except for some variations after cell division.
